How do I restore a file or directory?
Open the MyDataRX.com software client and choose the Restore command. Select a single file or an entire backup set.  Then select a location to restore the files to and your encrypted files are retrieved from the vault.  The data is completely protected until the file is decrypted using your username, password and encryption key.

When can I access my files?
You have Immediate access to all your files day or night.

Do I have to restore the whole backup set?
No.  Be as specific as you like.  You can retrieve a specific version of a single document from a given day or do a complete restore of an entire backup set.

Am I charged if I have to restore my files?
No.  Your fee includes unlimited backups and restores.

How are my files protected during the restore?
The same process is used that secured the backup set.  Your data is always encrypted, from the time it's backed up to the request of the restore.

Can I restore a file from last week even if I deleted it from my PC?
Absolutely. That is part of the value of keeping multiple versions of files. You can go back to a unique version of a file at a specific date or time.
